Another single origin worthy of the line up. This coffee is superb as a med/med light roast and is famous for its sweet yet earthy flavor profile. On a personal note. This coffee has been a lot of fun trying in multiple brewing methods and seems to just get better and better as we are always tinkering with volume and grind size. Super unique in an espresso machine.
